Making reservations

When making reservations you will no doubt have many questions regarding our accommodations hunts, Services and accepted payment methods. May we suggest phone call, or e-mail as the easiest way to secure your reservations.

If your call is answered with our voice mail system we will return your call with-in 24 hours all we’ll need to know is your Name, Phone Number that you can be reached at and what time to call. If you choose e-mail as an option please include your:

First and Last name

Mailing Address

Home and work numbers

E-mail Address (Primary + Alternative)

Number in party

Anticipated arrival date and time of duration of stay

A brief description of your expected service or activity (what you’d like to do while at Caveman Ranch)

If you are interested in booking the facilities for a wedding, large family gathering, company meeting or retreat please call or e-mail for availability a special pricing.

Rates: American plan, no children programs, 12 years and older to participate.

Price per person call or e-mail for. Day packages and time, all meals included, all activities and fees included. Days, nights. (Price may very if flying in).

Rates subject to change.

Group rates are available on request.

Credit Cards, cashier checks, travelers' checks.

(Guest need to arrive 24hr in advance check into a hotel, accommodations will be provided with conformation numbers prior to arrival at the hotel. If you wish to check into a different hotel you have to provide your own transportation to the North Las Vegas airport by 6A.M. day of departure. Transportation will be provided form hotel to airport by Caveman Ranch for departure and return flights only).

Reservations and cancellations policy: January 1 to December 31 and hunting Sep 1 to Mar 31 Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations received 30 days or more from arrival date. Cancellations less than 30 days from arrival date will forfeit 50% deposit. Overnight tours are 50% refundable if cancelled within 5-days, check for day and times.

Please check your confirmation dates 24 hours in advance. Gratuities graciously accepted.
